Eangkuga - a concoction of different kinds of exotic root crops, banana, and other similar ingredients on a thick, sweet and creamy sauce of coconut milk. A really belly-filling treat.
Buchi – a delicacy with a shell made of the finest flour and filled inside with sugary young coconut strings, deep-fried to perfection for that perfect crunchy bite.
